2018/2019 Chinese Government Scholarship Application

Important: Please read CAREFULLY the following general information and step-by-step introduction, before you proceed for your application.

*须使用中文或英文完成申请。建议使用火狐或IE 11浏览器。Acceptable online application languages are Chinese and English. Please use Firefox or Internet Explorer (11.0).      

*申请中国政府奖学金所需材料详见网上申请系统。A full list of application documents required can be found in the on-line application system.

*申请条件：泰国籍，申请本科者不超过25岁，申请硕士者不超过35岁，申请博士者不超过40岁，申请普通进修生者不超过45岁且具有大学二年级以上学历，申请高级进修生者不超过50岁且具有硕士以上学位或副教授以上职称。

Eligibility: Thai citizen, under the age of 25 if apply for undergraduate programs, under 35 if for Master’s programs, under 40 if for doctoral programs, under 45 and having completed at least two years of undergraduate study if for general-scholar programs, under 50 and holding a Master’s degree or at least being an associate professor if for senior-scholar programs.

*申请者可选择的高校共200余所（可选专业见高校详情），该网页 http://www.csc.edu.cn/Laihua/university.aspx 中标 * 的即是，点击校名可查看所提供项目的信息。申请人在申请系统中可选择3所意向高校，申请材料将按申请人的选择依次递交至相关学校商洽录取。如3所学校均无法录取，则由国内相关部门安排录取院校。You can choose from a total of over 200 Chinese universities. They are those marked with ‘*’ on the webpage http://www.csc.edu.cn/Laihua/university.aspx. Click the universities’ names for information on disciplines they offer. You can choose up to 3 universities in the on-line application system. The application will be sent to the chosen universities one by one for possible admission. If none of the 3 universities will grant admission, another one will be chosen for you.

* 选择汉语授课且汉语水平未达到要求的奖学金生，须参加1-2学年的汉语学习（有奖学金）。选择英语授课或汉语水平已达到要求的奖学金生无需参加汉语补习。本科生的授课语言全部为汉语，研究生和进修生的授课语言一般为汉语，部分学校提供部分英语授课项目（详情可访问上述网站查询）。Chinese language proficiency certificate is not a must. Scholarship students of Chinese-taught programs without adequate Chinese proficiency certificate, e.g. a valid HSK, will need to take Chinese language courses for one to two academic years, covered by the scholarship, before moving on for major studies. Scholarship students with adequate Chinese proficiency certificate and scholarship students of English-taught programs do not need to take Chinese language courses. Programs for undergraduate students are all Chinese-taught ones. Programs for graduate or non-degree students are mostly Chinese-taught ones. For information about English-taught programs please refer to the web page aforementioned.

*全额奖学金的资助内容包括学费、住宿费、综合医疗保险以及生活费等，不包括国际机票费用。每月发放的生活费标准为本科生2,500元人民币/月、硕士研究生和普通进修生3,000、博士研究生和高级进修生3,500。The full Scholarship covers tuition, accommodation, insurance and monthly living allowance, but not international flight. Living allowance for undergraduate students will be CNY 2,500 per month, for Master’s program students and general scholars CNY 3,000, and for Doctoral program students and senior scholars CNY 3,500.

申请流程  Application Step by Step

第1步：访问该网站http://www.csc.edu.cn/studyinchina，点击页面左上的“网上报名学生入口”进入申请界面，仔细阅读“注意事项”，然后点击“下一步”。

Step 1: Visit http://www.csc.edu.cn/studyinchina and click “Application Online for International Students” at the upper left of the page. Read CAREFULLY Tips for online application before clicking NEXT.

第2步：登录并开始申请。新用户请点击“学生注册”。Step 2: Log in to start your application. For new users, please click Create an account to start a registration.

第3步：填写正确的“留学项目种类”(A类)，及“受理机构编号”(7642)。如果填写错误，使馆教育组将无法收到申请信息。Step 3: Fill in the correct Program Category, Type A, and Agency Number, 7642, otherwise your application will not be processed.

第4步：认真完成所有申请信息的录入并上传补充材料，请确保信息及材料的正确性、真实性。如果对“学科门类”有疑问，可从“帮助”菜单下载“专业对照表”。

Step 4: Carefully finish the Online Application Form and Upload Supporting Documents. Please provide full, precise and authentic information. Please refer to the Disciplines Index, which could be downloaded from Help, if you have any question about the disciplines.

第5步：提交申请前请仔细检查各项信息及补充材料。申请被受理前，申请人可点击“撤回并修改申请”对已提交的申请进行修改。申请撤回后，申请人须在编辑后再次提交，否则该申请将无法被受理。请务必在2018年4月1日前提交申请。请注意：无需提交纸质材料。

Step 5: Please check each part of your online application carefully before clicking Submit to submit. You can click Withdraw and Edit the Application on the top of the page to make changes to your application before it is processed. Please make sure to submit it again by clicking Submit when you complete all your changes. Otherwise, the application will not be processed. Please complete the online application before April 1, 2018. Attention: No need to send in any hard copies.

    第6步：自行制作如下Excel表格并发送至jiaoyuzuth@163.com, 邮件主题应为“CSC + your own Serial Number”，然后静待录取通知，最晚为7月31日。Step 6: Make an Excel form, exemplified here, and send it with an email themed “CSC + your own Serial Number” to jiaoyuzuth@163.com, and wait patiently for our further notice which could be as late as by July 31.
